What we propose

Wavestone is looking for an experienced security professional to deliver business-grade high quality and value cybersecurity and digital trust consultancy services to its customers and to further develop the cybersecurity business in Switzerland to achieve ambitious revenues growth targets.

The Cybersecurity Manager key responsibilities include the following main activities:

/ Run and manage consulting engagements and teams for Wavestone's customers on the following cybersecurity main topics:
‒ Security audits
‒ Security architecture and design optimisation
‒ Security policies definition optimisation
‒ Security masterplan definition
‒ Organisation and governance
‒ Risk management and compliance
‒ Disaster recovery plan or business continuity plan consolidation

/ Develop the Wavestone cybersecurity business and value proposition in Switzerland including the following tasks:
‒ Pre-sales and business development activities to contribute to the cybersecurity revenue growth ambition of Wavestone in Switzerland
‒ Innovation, technology and regulatory watch through a proactive and continuous follow-up of the market trends, key players, products and solutions.

/ Additional expectations as Manager within Wavestone:
‒ Develop client relationships, guide and steer clients in the right direction
‒ Identify critical client issues, propose and, if needs be, challenge clients' ideas and strategies
‒ Lead major projects and/or assignments, know how to prioritize and anticipate problems
‒ Organize the work of one or several teams in parallel
‒ Mobilize assignment stakeholders to achieve the expected results
‒ Ensure the quality of Wavestone's commitments, exceeding client expectations
‒ Manage difficult audiences
‒ Develop a solid skills base and the convictions needed to contribute effectively in assignments
‒ Stay regularly informed about all the latest trends and news relevant to the market: new concepts, players, technologies, etc.
‒ Manage and ensure the sharing of knowledge
‒ Generate customers' assignment follow-up and identify new leads
‒ Build up one's own network of contacts, both internal and external (clients, partners, etc.)
‒ Actively contribute to the development actions of one's Practice (internal training, recruitment, external events, etc.)
‒ Contribute to enhance the Group's image and reputation (publications, visiting lecturer, development of offers and methodologies)

The Cybersecurity Manager will be based in Wavestone office in Geneva.

Your strenghts

10+ years of experience in the security and cybersecurity area including at least three years in a security officer or security infrastructure manager position or equivalent.

/ Strong technical background in security infrastructure architecture and design is a pre-requisite

/ Proven expertise or sound knowledge of the following key cybersecurity topics:
‒ Security framework for the Information Systems (ISO 27001)
‒ Risk analysis and mapping
‒ Security operations (security incident detection – SOC, and incident response) and associated tools (SIEM, forensics tools…)
‒ Security assessment (vulnerability scans, penetration tests) and associated tools
‒ Threat intelligence
‒ Business continuity and cyber-resilience
‒ Compliance (Data privacy, PCI-DSS, FINMA…)
‒ Crisis exercise and preparation
‒ Identity management and digital trust

/ Business development and pre-sales know-how with a good understanding of the Swiss cybersecurity market landscape and key players and a proven ability to establish commercial relationships with Chief Information Security Officers' in large corporate environments.

/ Self-motivated professional with a proven interest for consulting and the ability to work autonomously

/ Proven management skills to drive complex consulting engagements and to lead and coach teams of up to 4 consultants

/ Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interface with customers at both operational and management levels

/ Fluent in French and English, German a plus

/ Master's Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology or equivalent

/ Relevant market certifications are a plus (CISSP, ISO 22301…)
